George   W.   Gorsline, BA, MA 

George W. Gorsline, BA, MA, has developed and managed numerous outsourcing and vendor services arrangements in both the public and private sectors. As the IT leader, he was accountable for the services that these partnerships delivered, and brings understanding of how to work with vendors to meet the challenges of managing and governing IT delivery. He developed and implemented technology services for Interac, the national debit network, Toronto East General Hospital, universities, a national service bureau, and managed a vendor's national support organization. He is a panellist at CIO conferences, a columnist for CIO Canada magazine, a judge for the CDN Channel Elite Awards program, and teaches in the George Brown College Technology program. He currently provides advisory services to organizations considering outsourcing, or evaluating how to improve and refresh existing vendor relationships.
